Four bedroom beach cottage with direct waterfront. Built in 1910 and maintains its original charm. Sit on the beach or front porch enjoying the views of Long Island Sound. Beach is great for swimming and playing. Perfect for a family vacation or long weekend getaway!

The space
Direct waterfront seasonal cottage. Four bedrooms. Full kitchen with amenities for cooking and eating. Dinning room table seats up to 10. Full bath. Front porch with swing. Watch the tides change and enjoy the sandbars at low tide and swimming at hide tide. Outdoor hot shower. Row boat available to use.

Guest access
Private beach. The cottage is equipped with beach chairs and beach toys. Row boat for use with life jackets. Linens and towels and full kitchen.

Other things to note
The cottage was built in 1910 and maintains its original charm with period details and furnishings. It is seasonal and only available from May through September with off season rates during May and after Labour Day. During the months of July and August we prefer a 4 night minimum stay.
