This place was INCREDIBLE! The apartment entrance is located ON the old aqueduct! So unique and beautiful. The inside of the apartment is the perfect mix of modern and rustic. The beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms are clean and new, and the place overall is just amazing!
As for our host (Elisabetta)...she was prompt with all correspondence. She met us at the apartment, showed us around the place. She also provided bread, meat, cheese, yogurt, snacks, and a homemade cake (!) for breakfast. Wow! Blew our minds! Everything was really tasty, and it was a wonderful surprise.
Even after being at the apartment for just a few minutes, we were already planning when we would come back to Perugia and stay at Elisabetta's place again.
HIGHLY recommend this place! In my experience so far, this has been the best Airbnb place I have ever stayed at. Thanks, Elisabetta!
We loved the apartment! We are a family of 4, and stayed 4 nights with Elisabetta's apartment in August. The apartment was very clean, and the interior decoration was beautiful and very tasteful. It is just how described or even better. There is a little kitchenette and the refrigerator in the living room which Elisabetta stocked with milk, fruit juice, bottled water, cheese etc for us. It was very convenient to have those when we were arrived. Also, we loved making our own cappuccino with the machine and lovely cups / saucers every morning. It was so good! Elisabetta brought us homemade coffeecake her mother baked, and we loved it. Elisabetta learned that my husband’s birthday was during our stay, and she brought a little something extra for us to celebrate. It was very thoughtful of her.
Both bathrooms were contemporary, bright and very clean with plenty of fluffy towels. Shower had a good water pressure, but stall was a bit small for such a luxurious bathroom, but perhaps that is common in Europe?
The location is perfect. It is close to the city center (about 5 minutes nice walk on the old aquaduct which was fun), but in a quiet neighborhood. We felt safe there.
There was a problem in the internet connection, and we couldn’t connect. It was inconvenient, but Elisabetta tried her best to fix but it was difficult to get technician's attention during a holiday week in Italy which we totally understand.
Elisabetta was flexible about the check in/out time which was helpful.
It was perfect and we will definitely stay here with the next opportunity to visit Perugia.
We have wonderful time in her lovely and marvelous apartment. We love the colors of the rooms, the well-equiped kitchen, the cozy sofa, even the cute tea cups. We really enjoy our three-week stay in this apartment. This apartment is literally in the center of Perugia. Elisabetta is very helpful and friendly. She provided everything we need and gave us great help.
