Interaction with Guests
If I am home I think you will find me a welcoming hostess. I try to give guests as much privacy as they want.
My neighborhood is very quiet with wonderful neighbors some of whom have lived here for years and years.
There is public transportation two blocks from the house that can get you around Cape Cod but the best way to get around is by car.
Other Things to Note
Please park in the front of the house. Walk around the back of the house and use the door there. ( motion detector light will go on when you get near the door). You will need a password so be sure to contact me about a week before you arrive for the passcode.
Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving your room. It will help me to keep my prices as low as possible.
All I ask is that guests be considerate of each other so that everyone has an enjoyable stay! Please clean up after yourselves in the kitchen and the bathroom so that things are clean for other guests.
I live in a quiet neighborhood, where on street parking is allowed and finding a space is never a problem. Please park in the front of the house.
If you visit Cape Cod for only one night or a whole week Linda´s home is the best place to stay. Comfortable, cosy, clean and really tastefully decorated. Linda is a caring, friendly and supportive host and I felt instantly welcome, when I arrived.
I really loved my room with the big bed and the beautiful quilt.
Her little BnB is easy to find and the best location, if you starting explore Cape Cod.
I highly recommend Linda and her home and I definitely will come back.
If you are going to visit Cape Cod try to stay at Linda's house !!! What more can we say?. Linda is a very welcoming hostess and we really enjoyed our short stay with her. Everything is very well thought out and so it makes everything very easy and pleasant. Merci Linda et bravo pour votre maison et votre accueil.

Linda was great and her place was beautiful! We booked last minute for a wedding. We were checking in very late, after the wedding reception and the place was set up in a way that let us get into our room that late with no problem.
The room was perfectly decorated for the Cape, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets.
We chatted with Linda in the morning and she's just the sweetest host, very easy to talk with.
There were 3 rooms on the floor, so if you're looking for total seclusion and anonymity, this probably isn't the place for you (actually, any bed and breakfast isn't the place for you.)
We had a great time in Cape Cod. The wicker room was more than enough and provided a nice respite after a day of biking on Martha's Vineyard.
We had a wonderful overnight stay at Linda's bed and breakfast. The beds were comfortable and the decor was charming. There was ample parking even with 5 feet of snow and no shoveling required! We look forward to returning again when we visit our son at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
Our stay at Lindas charming house was way too short. Even though we didn't meet Linda in person, she provided us with everything we needed (inlcuding some breakfast) and kept us in the loop. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood and it really felt like coming home. Will definitely stay here again, but next time in summer and for sure longer than just one night!
it was a total joy to spend a weekend getaway with my 18-mo-old daughter at linda's home in bourne, ma. she strikes a natural balance of privacy and whole-hearted welcoming energy. photos of the blue wicker room are lovely online and even more charming in person. thank you, linda! the location of this cape home, just over the bridge, is perfect if you want to get to the sea but are traveling with a little one (who doesn't much enjoy long rides in carseats). :)

About the Host, Linda
I work in the local public school system as a Speech Pathologist with middle school and high school children. I have always thought sharing my home as a B & B might be something I would want to do someday. I finally took the leap and am meeting people from all over the world! I love it!!
As your host, I think you will find me very friendly and hospitable. I will do my best to make your stay at my home one that will make you feel as comfortable as you would in your own home! I want you to enjoy the common areas such as the living room and help yourself to any thing you need in the kitchen. Feel free to cook your dinner if you prefer that to going out. I think my feedback describes what you will find when you get to my home.
I did lots of traveling when I was in high school (a trip to Italy with my brother and two girlfriends when I was 17 years old. We traveled for a month all over Italy!! At some stops we stayed with relatives and at others B & B's. I don't think that would happen often in today's world. I did it again when I graduated from college but this time in addition to Italy spent a little time in Switzerland and Belgium as well.
For the last six years I have spent 8 days every summer (in August) with high school girlfriends on the beautiful island of St Martin where one of the girls owns a villa.
I can't wait to meet each and every one of you!
