One bedroom, one bath apartment is located downtown Lawrenceburg with a great view of the amphitheater, easy parking, and located on top of a gluten free bakery. Full kitchen, and beautifully renovated.

The space
It is important to note that the apartment is located above the Southern Olive. The only way to access the apartment is by stairs. Guest need to keep in mind that they must be able to climb 18+ stairs.

Guest access
The building can be accessed off main st, the door to the apartments is located to the left of the Southern Olive, there will be a door with a key code on the door knob.

The apartment can also be accessed in the rear of the building. there is a parking lot behind the building. The apartments are located on the top of the large two story wooden deck
