Marian's flat was perfect for our trip! great value, close to the city centre and around the corner from the beautiful botanical gardens. The flat is splotless clean, comfortable beds, with fresh beding and towels. A well sized kitchen with all the basics at hand. Marian is a lovely lady, we only met her on arrival but communication with her was always prompt. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Belfast.
I stayed with my wife for a week in early August during the World Police & Fire Games 2013. The accommodation was a base from which we could tour both Belfast & the Northern Ireland coast.
The location was great being very close to bars / restaurants in and around the Queens University district, with easy public transport links into the city center. The city center was also easily within walking distance.
We were very happy with the accommodation which was clean, simple & basic being within the area primarily occupied by students in the nearby universities. Plenty of clean linen, towels, etc. Tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided as a welcome pack, with a mini supermarket around the corner. Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven / hob and washing machine all in place. TV with (I think) Freeview.
The 4ft beds and the shower unit were a little small for me (I'm 6ft 2in) but otherwise nothing to complain about.
We loved Belfast and will certainly return at some time and would be happy to stay in this accommodation again.
In the meantime, I would recommend Belfast to anyone considering visiting.
Reasonably central and clean. God Value For Money
