A mile away from restaurants and shops, close to Henry Cowell State Park, Fall Creek, and a short drive to Santa Cruz's beaches and downtown. Tiny House is cozy, a perfect getaway with a private deck. Great for adventurous people.

The space
COMPLETE STERILIZATION after every guest. Industrial Ozone Generator Air Purifier is used to eliminate any bacteria and viruses. All surfaces are sanitized and thoroughly cleaned. Tiny House sits on our property and peeks out to our house, pool and BBQ area, but guests do have a separate entrance and private deck.
Tiny House has a loft bed with STEEP steps, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, and fridge/freezer.
During spring and summer months there is a small gas grill, let us know if you want us to set it up, and it will be ready to go upon your arrival.
The Tiny House is somewhere between luxury camping and simple living.

We are at the end of a dirt road with only three houses, but still in a neighborhood. We are next door to The Cowboy Bat and Grill (yum!), fully fenced in, walking distance from Henry Cowell State Park, and the little town of Felton. We are a fifteen-minute drive down Hwy 9 thru the redwoods to Santa Cruz. World class mountain bike trails and hiking minutes away. The San Lorenzo river winds thru town. There are plenty of trails and private little spots to relax and unwind. Redwood trees as far as the eye can see. Beginner to moderate hikes are just minutes away. You will see some of the biggest Redwood trees ever. Lots of wild life.
