Modern farm building in traditional style, beautiful and secluded located at the bottom of Sinarpsdalen. The floor plan is open with a living room, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor. The three bedrooms all have stunning views of nature and garden. The garden is large and lush with a small gazebo for rainy days. Outside the garden grazing the farm cows and sheep. Above the hill is a farm shop and restaurant. A stone's throw from the house, the hiking trail begins through Sinarpsdalen. By car Båstad is just 5 min away.
The space
The home is secluded in an incredibly beautiful valley and is a perfect starting point for both short walks in the surroundings and longer day trips. Just above the farm runs a hiking trail that is easy to connect to for a walk and on the other side of the valley runs the old railway embankment - perfect for walking, cycling or jogging.
The house is well suited for a large family or for up to three couples to gather in. The three bedrooms are relatively large with a double bed in each room. In the largest bedroom, there is also an extra single bed. This bedroom also has direct access to one of the two bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there is plenty of room for socializing in two sofa groups as well as a large dining table. The kitchen is also spacious, with two refrigerators, stove, oven and dishwasher, although the work surfaces could have been more well-planned.
In the garden, there is a patio and lawn for play or relaxation. The land around the farm belongs to our own farm and here cows, calves, sheep and lambs graze.
The gravel road leading down to the farm is steep, but with a car or strong legs you can easily get up and down. Cycling, on the other hand, is not a good option.
Guest access
Next to the residential house are a couple of outhouses and utility buildings.
The small glazed garden house is very simple, but may be used and can be cozy to retreat to when it rains.
The old hen house along the gravel road and the garage in the turn into the yard as well as the stable building on the other side of the courtyard, however, we do not want you to visit. There are tools and loose details that you have to be careful about.

We don't automatically add a cleaning fee to the booking but instead ask that you leave the house as you found it. If you wish to purchase cleaning, it costs SEK 800 and is paid on site.
