The holiday house is located on the ground floor of the building where I live and work, so I'm definitely present for check in and check out and I'm always available for any need or request.
The holiday house is situated in the Monteverde neighborhood very close to the center of Rome, rich in parks: Villa Pamphili, the largest public villa in Rome, is 1.2 km, the Janiculum, with its historic cannon firing at noon and a view over the city, and Villa Sciarra, delicious giardino.Nella area there are many shops, restaurants and major hospitals: St. Camillo (400 meters), Forlanini, Spallanzani and the Child Jesus (specializing in pediatrics).

I like to think that this experience can be a way to meet interesting people, and rediscover them through Rome, which is a very beautiful city.
For this reason, there are no special rules, except those dictated by a sense of courtesy and respect.
Guests have their own keys to the house so they can move at will.
C'est un super bnb Ortensia est très sympa et notre sejours c'est passè super.
Un appartement très espacieux les deux chambre à coucher sont très confortable.
J'y retournerais dès que j'aurais l'occasion
It was only a pleasure staying at this apartment and Ortensia was a excellent host. She had breads, pastries and jams ready on arrival and some other food items as an extra. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and have decent wifi and a computer to use.
On arrival Ortensia gave us a good overview of the city and main attractions with the many maps pinned to the walls and tourist information.
Will definitely recommend.
Posizione buona per girare Roma. Appartamento silenzioso. Non adatto ad ospitare più di 6 persone. Proprietario disponibile. La pulizia della casa poteva essere migliore per quanto riguarda gli utensili da cucina. Il bagno e altre parti della casa avrebbero bisogno di interventi di finitura. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno.
We had a pleasant stay. The location is very convenient, on Christmas Day we took a leasurely 30 minutes walk to the Colosseum, at other times the tram and buses are practically in front. Ortensia provided many things to make our stay comfortable. There is one supermarket within 7-8 minutes walk, or a minimart about 4 minutes walk, and an open public morning market within 6-7 minutes walk. The most important thing is we felt secure in both the accommodation and the area. Thank you, Ortensia.
We easily found the place, as it was just a few minutes walking from the third tram stop from the train station. The location made it easy to get anywhere in Rome with public transportation.
Ortensia was very helpful to us, Rome-firsttimers. We were with 4 adults and 2 children (7 and 10 years old), and we had a great time. We are glad we chose this airBnB. We stayed here for 5 days. Thanks, Ortensia!
Ms. Ortensia was very welcoming and flexible with our check in and check out timings. She provided breakfast and snacks for our stay while shared many tips on roaming around the eternal city. Apartment is accurate as pictured in Airbnb and host is warm and friendly. Would definitely recommend for any travelers wanting to stay in Rome.
Ortensia could not be more helpful, she was there when we arrived and showed us through the unit.We were made feel very welcome and she has maps and helpful hints as to the best way to travel around Rome on the Trams, trains and busses. The apartment was large ,clean and within walking distance to all public transport. The apartment is very secure, security to the Lobby is via lock and key and the apartment then also had its own security system.A good spot to stay for a very reasonable price, enough room for a couple of children if you are travelling with a family unit, two bedrooms available with two double beds in each. The kitchen was more than sufficient and cooking was available if you would like to do your own (website hidden) wife and I were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it to all.
