Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire home except the locked owner's closet and the pool equipment area.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for a $175 pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds.
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs are left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool.
• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front door, facing the driveway, facing the gate entrances). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibel levels.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.
Propane Tanks: We do not keep spare propane tanks on the premises for safety reasons. Guests may use what remains of the tanks. We do not exchange the propane tank. Guests may exchange the tank as needed for about $25 at any local hardware store or gas station.
Just so you know, we require booking guest to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a check-in form before they arrive.
