It is a steel-framed apartment inhabited by the general public, so it is not a structure that emphasizes soundproofing like a hotel, and the noise from the next room or the upper and lower floors.In addition, since it is Kyushu, there may be insects such as cockroaches in the season.In addition, the room is non-smoking, but guests who used it at the last minute may smell cigarettes by not following the rules.We use deodorant, but it may not disappear completely.We cannot recommend using it if you are interested in them.
Please note that there are no hotel specifications or services, as this will be a room (simple lodging) that is only equipped with furniture and appliances in the rented apartment for long-term stays for foreigners.In addition, we do not accept the use of parties or girls' clubs as it may cause inconvenience to the next room.At the same time, using electrical appliances that consume a lot of electricity may cause the breaker to fall off.Turn the breaker switch up to restore it.

This apartment is adjacent to an elementary school and is a "school zone" area.The surrounding roads of the apartment can not pass by cars between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning.If you use the road around the apartment during this time for a long period of time, you need to apply for a pass permit with the police station.Please message for details.
