This property features a soothing coastal-modern style, open layout private bedroom with king bed, and an additional living room, kitchen space with full size amenities and a sofa bed-sleeper. You and three of your favorite people will enjoy gorgeous morning sunrises from your balcony with a view of the Atlantic. The space
There's a reason why people keep coming back! Our resort has everything you would need to spend a week or so at the beach without having to leave. From on site restauraunts inclusive of a sports bar and beach side eatery, there's pizza, an ice cream stand, pools, bike rentals, a lake, playground, and most of all, tennis and pickleball courts - free to use for all of our guests.
There's a fitness center too!
The Primary sleep space is an open concept layout with a King size bed for relaxing and watching TV with plenty of storage space in the well appointed closet, equipped with storage drawers, iron, ironing board and hangers. There's also a beautiful 9 drawer dresser for your use. All of our furniture is brand new, we hope you love it and find it as comfortable as home!
The bright modern bath and stand in glass shower boasts a dual showerhead for the ultimate clean. A hair dryer and plenty of cabinet storage is available.
The Living room is equipped with a table for four, a huge smart TV and a comfy couch that pulls out to sleep 2, as well as provides comfortable seating.
The modern and bright Kitchen has a full size fridge, and glass cooktop/oven combo, georgous quartz countertops and island with storage. There's a Keurig coffee maker with starter coffees and sugars, full size dishwasher and microwave. A toaster, electric can opener, and air fryer toaster oven are provided with all the cookware you could possibly need , including dishes, glassware and flatware as well. Tons of cabinet space.
The private balcony has seating for 4 and the sunrises are breathtaking!
Everything in this condo is bright, fresh and new and the added bonus is, you're just a two minute wallk to the private access boardwalk that leads you to the beach.
Pickleball and Tennis courts, fitness room, on site restaurants, beach bar, ice cream stand, pizza, 2 outdoor beachside pools and a kiddie pool, BBQ areas, playground, lake, handball/paddleball court, and on-site bike rentals are some of the things you can expect to enjoy while you are here.
There is an island trolley called The Breeze Trolley, it is FREE, and we have a stop right in front of the resort. The Breeze stops all over the island, so you wont miss a thing, even if you don't have a vehicle.
Grocery stores, shopping, and dining are yours for the adventure, all just moments outside the resort. Theres a Mini-Golf course and casual vibe restaurant at the traffic light right outside the resort as well!

Guest access
As a guest, you will have complete access to the resort, the pool, and the amenities on the date of your check-in at any time, however, you will not be able to check in to the condo until 4 pm during peak season. Our cleaning crew has a small window of time between guests to prepare it for you and we want it to be perfect.
You can certainly utilize the spacious restrooms to change, etc., located in the Convention center, right next to Coconuts.
Upon arrival, you will park in front or across from the convention center in the parking lot. Visit the front desk where you will obtain your resort pass which must be displayed on your dash at all times. Once in the resort, you are free to park anywhere.
Should you arrive after 10 pm, your pass will be waiting for you at the security gate.
Additional vehicles will need to pay $35.
Request your additional pass through us and we will have it prepared for you. You cannot pay for additional passes at the desk, or on arrival, they must be prepared in advance.

Other things to note
One $35.00 resort pass per vehicle, per booking. Should your party require additional vehicles, please let us know as early as possible prior to your stay so that we may call in any additional passes. Initial resort pass is free, any additional vehicle resort passes needed will be charged a $35 resort pass fee.
You must be 21 to book. Thank you.
Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.
There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of...
* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.
* No shoes in the hallways.
* No E-Bikes / Golf Carts / ATV’s / or other recreational vehicles
* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.
And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.
Smoking is allowed outside.
