You and 5 other people can enjoy the two minute hop, skip, and jump to the pool, beach bar, or private beach access at this family friendly beachfront resort. On site restaurants, pickle ball, tennis, and ice cream stand are just some of the amenities here.
Bunks for the kids, a queen bed in the one bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and a full kitchen make this an easy choice. We welcome you to come and discover Hilton Head!
The space
The Primary bedroom has a Queen bed with smart TV and plenty of storage space with a nightstand and two shelved closets. There's an iron, ironing board and hangers.
There's two cot-sized, galley style bunks, perfect for the little ones just outside the bedroom door. Kids love this!
The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, hair dryer and plenty of shelf and vanity storage.
Living room is equipped with a pull lout sofa bed, table for four, kitchen island with two stools, and a smart TV.
Kitchen has full size fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher. There's a drip coffee maker with starter coffee, a toaster, and all the cookware you could possibly need are here for you, glassware and flatware as well.
The private balcony has seating for 4.
Everything in this condo is bright, and the added bonus is, you're just a two minute wallk to the private access boardwalk that leads you to the beach, pool, and beach bar restaurant, Jamaica Joe's.
Pickleball and Tennis courts, fitness room, on site restaurants, beach bar, ice cream stand, pizza, 2 outdoor beachside pools and a kiddie pool, BBQ areas, playground, lake, handball/paddleball court, and on-site bike rentals are some of the things you can expect to enjoy while you are here.
There is an island trolley called The Breeze Trolley, it is FREE, and we have a stop right in front of the resort. The Breeze stops all over the island, so you wont miss a thing, even if you don't have a vehicle.
Grocery stores, shopping, and dining are yours for the adventure, all just moments outside the resort. Theres a Mini-Golf course two minutes down the road too.

All amenities are included with your stay. You'll have access to the resort and amenities all day on the day of your arrival, even before check-in at four.
You'll pick up your parking pass at the front building upon arrival and keep it in your windshield throughout your stay.
Other things to note
You must be 21 to book. Thank you.
Each guest is provided 2 bath towels, a wash cloth and hand towel for their stay. Kitchen towels and bath mat are also provided, however, will not be restocked during your stay. There are laundry facilities in the building and you can purchase a laundry card for the digital machines right in the laundry room.
There are certain resort rules we'd like to inform you of...
* No hanging towels, bathing suits, etc. over the balcony railings.
* No shoes in the hallways.
* No E-Bikes / Golf Carts / ATV’s / or other recreational vehicles
* Quiet time is from 11 pm - 7 am.
And lastly, our personal rule is NO SMOKING or vaping cigarettes or marijuana IN the condo OR on the balcony (Note: marijuana is illegal in SC and Security enforces this law with the local authorities). If found doing so, you will be immediately asked to leave without refund.
Smoking is allowed outside.
