The house, which is the result of a bold, sophisticated architectural project, occupies a dominant position, with north-west exposure and a 180-degree view of the sea, offering breathtaking sunsets and a panorama stretching from Asinara to the white cliffs of Bonifacio.
In keeping with Portobello’s typical style, the outdoor areas blend elegantly and seamlessly with the interiors. Large panoramic sliding patio doors and windows provide excellent natural lighting in every area, for a light and airy, welcoming atmosphere. Portobello’s beaches and private marina are also within easy walking distance, as are the clubhouse, mini market, and tennis court. There is a wide range of services to make every stay even more enjoyable. The villa has all the modern conveniences you need for total comfort. Each room has air conditioning and controlled mechanical ventilation, to ensure the well-being of guests in all seasons. Fast internet means you can stay connected at all times, while the house is also a model of sustainability, with photovoltaic panels and insulating doors and windows, making it self-sufficient and perfect for those seeking a green and environmentally friendly residence.
Exceptional care has been taken with the choice of materials and their combinations – the warm veining of the marble is reflected in the panoramic flush-fitted windows; the wood panelling in the living and sleeping areas complements the elegant solid wood sliding shutters, while the custom-made bathrooms with micro-cement finishes provide genuine visual and tactile pleasure. Of course, the technology in the house is also top-notch, thanks to the installation of systems and appliances from the best-known, reliable brands.
There are several “focal points” in the villa – from the spacious veranda with outdoor living area overlooking the living room and kitchen, to the dining area on the back patio with its one-piece natural stone table, to the multifunctional space downstairs.
The exclusive 14×5 metre swimming pool is worthy of note. It is deep enough to allow safe diving and is equipped with heating and counter-current swimming. The area around the pool has sunbeds and an elegant outdoor shower, as well as enjoying an unforgettable sea view.
Another area appreciated by guests is the outdoor cooking area with its huge wood-fired barbecue, where outdoor cooking becomes a shared pleasure. A unique experience that turns every meal into a special moment and every evening into a party under the stars.
There is a small wood behind the villa, an oasis of peace and nature, where you can retreat in total tranquillity for moments of reading, relaxing, and meditation.
Every room of the villa has been designed for maximum functionality and comfort. The spaces are well distributed over several levels, with a spacious, bright and elegant living area on the main floor, opening onto a panoramic terrace perfect for outdoor dining. The sleeping area on the main floor comprises two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and large fitted wardrobes, a quadruple kids’ room with bunk beds and play area.
A stunning staircase takes us down to the lower floor, where there is the last single bedroom also with en suite bathroom.

COMPLEX RULES
According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency on their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be granted. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members arriving after the check-in time, upon prior communication, may go directly to the gate and state the villa name and the booking surname to gain access.
The use of umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers, or similar items is generally prohibited on the beach, as it detracts from the natural beauty of the landscape.
Access for campervans and large vehicles is forbidden. Only passenger cars are permitted.
Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on the beaches with any type of animal, and it is also prohibited to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.
Do not throw cigarette butts or matches onto the street: just a small gust of wind can cause dry grass to catch fire and start a blaze.
Inside the complex, it is also forbidden to drive at a speed exceeding 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, to ensure the safety of all residents and guests.
We kindly inform our guests that from mid-September to mid-June, maintenance or renovation works may take place in some areas of the complex.Most of the time, these are light and non-noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance about the type of work or the possible noise level.
