Come live like a local in the heart of Boulder. With all the old trees, and the huge back porch, this is a summer oasis. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops, parks, swimming pools and the Farmer's Market.
We just recently remodeled our house in Downtown Boulder to be comfortable, modern and open.
The living room, kitchen and dining room all share the same space with two bedrooms and an office on the main floor.
At this point, the house sleeps four with a queen bedroom upstairs and a double bedroom downstairs.
The basement has a playroom/ entertainment room with a large flat screen TV, wireless internet streaming and a double bedroom.
The house is fully furnished since we normally live there with a mid century modern style.
The kitchen is amazing with a commercial Blue Star range, large refrigerator, super quiet dishwasher and tons of natural light.
The kitchen, dining room and living room are all one open space that are tied together with bamboo floors and a modern ultra-efficient wood burning stove.
The upstairs bathroom has a new tub and shower, double sinks and all updated fixtures.
The downstairs bathroom also has all new fixtures as well as a heated floor.
The need for a car is extraneous in this neighborhood because everything you need or want is in walking distance. From world class restaurants like Frasca to family friendly restaurants like Pasta Jay's; Pearl Street (which is only four blocks away) offers so many different food possibilities. But in the other direction, (also only a couple of blocks away) is a Whole Foods, Target, and the 29th Street Mall.
There are tons of coffee shops nearby if you love coffee as much as we do. We are two blocks from the public swimming pool, and the Boulder Farmers Market is right near by. We are located close to the University of Colorado as well as Naropa University.
There are several cruiser bikes available for biking downtown or along one of the many creek bike paths.
Hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snow shoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, camping and climbing are just a handful of the sports offered in and around Boulder. If you aren't currently a fanatic in one or more of those sports, you will be after an extended stay at our house.
We have a large front yard with five large raised garden beds perfect for planting fresh vegetables and our backyard is spacious with tons of grass, trees and flowers. The back porch is our favorite place, though. It stays shady in the afternoons and evenings all summer long and is sunny in the winter.
There is a washer and dryer, and plenty of parking.
Our cat Otis is on hand if you want a snuggle. He loves everyone, (except dogs) and is super sweet.
This is our own home where we live most of the time so it is fully stocked with everything you might need.
We will be traveling for the month of July so we will be accessible by email, phone and text.
Even though everything you need is so close, we live on a very quiet street lined with old trees and gorgeous houses.
Everything you need is within walking distance but we also have several vintage cruiser bikes that you can use to explore Boulder. We are also 4 blocks from a major Bus Route if needed.
Our cat, Otis lives here as well and loves to be petted.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, nicely designed space for a stay in Boulder. Great location in a lovely neighborhood. Apartment has all the essentials for a short or long-term stay.
My stay at Suzy's place was exactly what I was looking for. Cozy, private, well-appointed place with a great bathroom, full kitchen, and super comfy bed.
I could not have asked for a better host. Very communicative and quick to reply, but left me alone to enjoy my stay.
I will reach out to Suzy next time I'm in town for sure!
The room is great! Very clean, convenient location, a very cool bike is available to tour Boulder with, and the hosts were wonderful. I would definitely stay again.
Location is excellent. Comfortable bed and nice linens and towels. I would give 5 stars except that there was an issue with the tv, we made do but it should be sorted out for the next guests. Also the housewares could use some additions- 10 wine glasses but only 3 cereal bowls, for example.
Great find. cozy, tidy, convenient, easy communications with host.
This was our first experience using Airbnb, and it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. Suzy's home felt like home, and we couldn't have felt more comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is fantastic, and it is walking distance from Pearl Street. We did end up driving quite a bit because the University is a little bit farther, and we needed to be able to get to the campus at any given time. There is ample street parking right in front of the house. Suzy's home is charming, clean and well-equipped, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. We slept soundly every night. The kitchen is super cute and there is a full-size washer and dryer! Suzy and Nate are friendly and helpful and interesting. They supplied a binder of recommendations for eating and entertainment that was really helpful. We referred to that constantly throughout the week. My son goes to University of Colorado so I plan on coming back to Boulder often, and I hope to stay here every time!
Un lugar hermoso! El apartamento es muy comodo, bien equipado, caliente (estaba nevando) y a un gran precio. Los recomiendo! Los dueños son excelentes personas y muy amigables. Ademas hablan español.
A beautiful place! The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, warm (it was snowing) and a great price. I recommend! The owners are great people and very friendly. Also speak Spanish.
Stayed for 1 lovely week. Arrived late at night which was no problem with host. It snowed so we spent a lot of time indoor this cozy place. Walking in the snow took about 5 minutes to Pearl st. Wholefoods so close as well, but drove. Host has kindly left a binder of local restaurant reviews. Love the convenience of the washer/dryer, full kitchen, special heater in the bathroom and very quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking too. Forgot my hair dryer, but no worries found one in the bathroom drawer.
Loved my stay in Boulder. This location was fantastic. Easy walking access to town. And about as close to town as you can get and still have easy all day parking. The accommodations were nice… kitchen nice… bed and bath nice… will stay here again if i need lodging on a future trip to Boulder. Thanks Suzy & Nate
Great affordable place! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great quiet neighborhood, nice for our 3 year old. Would love to stay again!
