Located 10-15 minutes from the heart of Ubud, our property is a three stories villa with stunning rice field views, featuring 4 bedrooms (all with AC and its own attached bathroom), a fully equipped kitchen and enclosed living room that opens to your terrace and private pool, and a great rooftop space offering incredible views on the surroundings
The space
Upon entering Casa Palmera - Villa , you'll be welcomed by the spacious, enclosed living area on the first floor, equipped with fan, designed with modern aesthetics and comfort in mind. The comfortable seating area, complete with a Smart TV, is perfect for unwinding and enjoying your favorite shows or movies. Next to this space is the dining area, ideal for sharing meals with family or friends. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare home-cooked meals, featuring all the essential appliances, including a stove, fridge, and coffee maker.
Step outside from the living area into your private outdoor space, where you’ll find a refreshing plunge pool, perfect for unwinding in complete exclusivity.
Take the elegant spiral staircase, which wraps around a real coconut tree and connects all three floors of the villa, adding a unique and natural touch to the design. As you make your way up, you’ll reach the second floor, where you’ll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms. Both rooms are equipped with king-sized beds, air conditioning, and private en-suite bathrooms, each with modern fixtures, including a shower and toilet. Both bedrooms also have their own private balconies, offering a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the views.
Continue your journey to the third floor, where you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. These rooms mirror the design and comfort of the second floor but include the added luxury of a bathtub in each en-suite bathroom, perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring. Both bedrooms come with king-sized beds, air conditioning, and private bathrooms with showers and bathtubs, ensuring ultimate relaxation and privacy.
Finally, head up to the villa’s rooftop space, where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the lush surroundings. This tranquil area is ideal for lounging, whether you're sipping on your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the beautiful landscape.
Throughout Casa Palmera, you'll have access to modern amenities that will make your stay even more comfortable, including high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking for several scooters. If you plan to bring a car, just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure parking availability.

Guest access
You will have exclusive and private access to the entire villa and its facilities. Our team provides daily cleaning six days a week, while pool and garden maintenance is done 2–3 times a week. If you prefer not to be disturbed on certain days, just let me or my onsite staff know in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust the schedule to ensure your full privacy.

• HOW CAN I ORGANIZE SOME SERVICES DURING MY STAY?
You can either pre-book services with me online before arrival, or arrange any kind of services, activities, or tours
• CAN YOU PRE-FILL THE FRIDGE FOR ME BEFORE I ARRIVE?
Yes! We can make some groceries for you upon request. Just let me know in advance and we will send you the payment request to pay for the groceries via Airbnb along with the invoice for them (note that we charge a 10% service fee on the bill).
• DO YOU PROVIDE LAUNDRY SERVICES?
We can assist you into bringing your clothes to a nearby laundry. Avoid giving fragile clothes, and remember to check all items when brought back to you to make sure nothing is missing or damaged.
• SHOULD I EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER MOSQUITOES, INSECTS OR OTHER ANIMALS?
Bali being a tropical Island, mosquitoes & insects are everywhere. While we do organize fogging twice per month to limit as much as possible their number, we do advise guest to bring their own mosquito repellent, or use the ones provided at the villa if any. it is also common to spot other exotic animals (lizards, bats, ants etc), especially in gardens & open spaces. All of which are harmless, and part of local everyday life.
