The spacious chef’s kitchen on the main level features an electric range and is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to create delicious meals. The dining table comfortably seats 6, and the breakfast bar offers additional seating with 2 chairs.

Kid friendly cups and dinnerware - toaster - Pots/Pans/Baking sheets - Wine glasses - Cleaning Products and so much more!


BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

All bedrooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TV's, 4 pillows and ample clothing storage with closets and dressers in each bedroom. One Queen bedroom on the main level, with a step free entrance.

Each bathroom comes with all the comforts needed:

-Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash
-Towels: Bath, Makeup, Hand & Washcloths

Dine outside with our 4 person table. Please note our yard is not fenced in.

You'll have access to the entire home including the garage, minus one locked closet inside our primary bedroom.
We have a one car garage and our driveway fits 2 cars snugly. Our HOA does not allow street parking so all vehicles must be in the driveway or 1 car garage.

Motorcycles are welcome.

We try to accommodate early check in’s for $25 per hour and can confirm only on the day of check in. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late check outs. Unapproved early check-in or late check-out will result in a $50 hourly fee.

Shipping to the house is not guaranteed, since the home is not a primary residence, mail is forwarded.
