This cottage sits conveniently across from a beautifully manicured park with shaded walking trails and picnic shelters. Also situated within walking distance of McCreedy Manor, making visits with loved ones easy. Quick access to downtown, shopping, dining, EKU , both I75 exits and the Regional Sports Complex at Pioneer Park

The space
This cozy home features a first floor equipped with two spacious bedrooms, an adjacent open office area with a futon converts easily to a third bedroom and combined accessible work space, a full bath, dining room and fully stocked kitchen.

Downstairs you will find a cozy reading and media area with twin beds for lounging, a spacious full bath, sitting area, yoga and light exercise space and a fully stocked laundry room.

Conveniently located across from a monitored walking park and within walking distance from Richmond’s downtown area and established retirement communities.
