Magnificent condo, with its own private entrance located right off Providence's historic Benefit St! Steps from Brown, RISD, downtown and some of the finest dining in the Northeast. Charming, richly appointed interiors and eclectic objets d'art, but with all modern amenities including premium linen. ~10 minutes walking distance from bus and train stations; downtown bars and restaurants are only a jump across the river. Sleeps 3 in quintessential New England charm!

The space
Expect a super comfortable queen sized bed with Casper memory foam mattress, set with premium sheets, goose feather and down pillows, and super-absorbent Turkish cotton towels. Couple that with Nest-controlled heating, super-cold AC, a shower with great water pressure, and you have all you need for a luxurious stay in Providence!

You’ll see beautiful artwork on the walls, and lots of decorative yet functional antiques all over the place. Comfortably sleeps 4, between the queen bed and very comfortable queen sized sofa bed.

Single step down makes it ideal for those with limited mobility. 10% discount for all active military personnel, inquire for more details.

Free parking on the streets, and I’ll give you an overnight parking permit. Finally super-fast mesh WiFi and a large, expandable study/dining table makes working-from-home a breeze.

The apartment is directly accessible from the main driveway so there's no need to go through the building's front door

Other things to note
Permit parking is available, but please be sure to read instructions shared upon booking very carefully, else you may get fined and towed.

For parties of 3 or 4, we will set up the sofa bed in the living room. If the sofa bed is required for a party of 2, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a $10 additional linens fee if that sofa bed is utilized for a party of 2.

A final point: please note that this is a quiet neighborhood -- which is probably why you're booking this Airbnb in the first place! Consequently, we do not permit gatherings or parties of any sorts. Should you host one, we will have to report you to the police and levy a $500 fine. Your booking indicates an acceptance of these terms.
