This adorable cottage is close to great views, art, culture, restaurants, dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities! You’ll love this private cottage because of the location, the ambiance, and the outdoor space. This cozy cottage is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone needing a cozy place to stay! Parking is just steps away from the cottage with a private entrance. BBQ is available, new hot tub, and an outdoor gas fireplace for a relaxing evening!

The space
You are close to everything! I275 is a minute away to everything you need in St. Petersburg and Tampa! The best beaches are only 15 minutes away and downtown is 7 minutes away! You are welcome to use back deck and gas fireplace outside. So close to everything you need and I’m always here to help!

Guest access
You can access this cottage from alley way with its own private entry. Parking is behind cottage with a private space. A code will be sent to you the day you arrive and will be available during your stay. A grill is available and there is two seating areas with an outdoor gas fireplace.

Other things to note
A fire stick is available for easy tv access. Everything is brand new! New queen mattress, bedding, towels, shower, and kitchen appliances!

The beautiful art for sale has a QR Code and this is the for the artist who is a local Dr. And wonderful friend! If you want to take a painting with you, just scan QR code and you directly pay the artist. Thank you!
