Perfect for visiting professionals, project teams and small corporate groups, Yirawulin offers group friendly spaces, Wi‑Fi and the comfort of a private home. For girls’ weekends, the solar‑heated pool, generous indoor/outdoor dining and boutique interiors create the ideal backdrop for connection, relaxation and celebrating life’s moments without the noise of a party crowd.
After a day exploring Mudgee’s wineries, return to the firepit, the sunlit living room and thoughtful touches throughout the home — including a complimentary bottle of local wine.
🛏 Bedrooms
Four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with premium linen, soft lighting and calming textures.
The layout comfortably suits 6 adults + 2 children, or executive groups wanting separate, quiet sleeping spaces. Groups of 8 adults should note 1 of the 4 bedrooms has bunk beds only.
We have one bedroom with a King bed.
Two bedrooms have a Queen bed - one includes a private ensuite and another has direct access to the main bathroom.
A fourth bedroom offers two king‑single bunks — ideal for families when travelling.

Two modern bathrooms (including ensuite) plus a fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, laundry liquid and an additional toilet — ideal for longer stays. Amenities include heated towel rails, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer.

Guests included in the booking have exclusive access to the house and solar‑heated pool. Maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests. Unauthorised guests, parties or events may incur additional charges. Free parking is available along the driveway; ample street parking nearby. EV charging is not enabled and approval must be obtained.

Water level must remain above the filter intake; guests may need to top up with the hose during summer or high use. A brush and net are provided for light maintenance.
Firewood: Supplied April–September; guests may bring their own outside these months.

We warmly welcome families. Yirawulin is suited to those who enjoy calm, quiet stays and supervise children to ensure respectful use of the property. Yirawulin features a mix of antique and bespoke pieces that are much‑loved and not easily replaced. Books, games and toys should be handled carefully and returned after use. Any damage should be declared before checkout.
Guest access
Only guests included in the booking have exclusive access to the house and to the solar‑heated pool.
Large gatherings, parties or events are not permitted, and the maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests. Unauthorised guests, parties or events may incur additional charges. The booking guest remains responsible at all times.
When enjoying the outdoor areas, please observe quiet hours from
• 9pm–7am on weekdays
• 9pm–8am on weekends and public holidays
Free parking is available on‑site along the long driveway, with ample street parking nearby.
We are not enabled for electric vehicle charging. Charging is only permitted with prior approval, and a fee of $25 per vehicle applies.
The garage and a small internal storage room are locked and reserved for owner use.
Other things to note
Pool
As the pool is solar‑heated, the temperature is weather‑reliant and most suitable from September to the end of April. It is professionally cleaned on a regular schedule.
During summer or periods of high use, the water level can drop.
To keep the pool running safely, the water must remain above the filter intake at the end of the pool. If the level drops, guests are required to top it up using the hose. This is a simple process and helps protect the pool equipment.
A pool brush and net are provided for light maintenance between professional cleans.
Firewood
Firewood is supplied for the fireplace and firepit from April to September. Outside these months, guests are welcome to bring their own.

We warmly welcome families — the Bambini Room was created especially for younger guests. However, Yirawulin features a mix of antique and bespoke pieces that are much‑loved and not easily replaced, so close supervision is essential.
Please ensure that:
• Children do not climb on furniture
• Books, games and toys are handled gently and returned after use
• Any accidental damage or breakage is declared before checkout
