The backyard and driveway are shared with us. The driveway is a bit tight, so if you don’t feel comfortable driving in, we recommend parking on the street — there’s free, unlimited parking on the opposite side of the house (please check the street signs to avoid any fees).

We provide one parking spot next to the garage. Please make sure you’re not blocking the driveway. 🙌

Your three-bedroom space, including the laundry area, is completely private, while the driveway and backyard are shared spaces.

Please note that the front porch has a few steps, and the house is two stories. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry area are located on the second floor, meaning there is one set of stairs leading to them. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are on the ground level.

Free street parking is also available. Please note that you have dedicated parking spot in the backyard parking area. Driveway is a bit narrow.
