SF Homes presents this modern, fully equipped home just off Gzira’s vibrant seafront. It features a main bedroom with ample storage, an open plan kitchen, living, and dining leading to a front balcony with side sea views, a cozy spare bedroom with a single bed, & a spacious main shower room. The living room also includes a sofa bed for an extra guest. The kitchen is equipped with essentials for a comfortable stay. Enjoy nearby restaurants, convenience shops, & more all within walking distance.

The space
The apartment is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and air conditioning in both the main bedroom and the open-plan area.
Please note that the spare bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan only and does not have air conditioning.

1. Please be aware that we have strict noise regulations at all hours. By booking, you agree to respect both the house rules and the neighbors. This is not a party property, and excessive noise may result in fines from local authorities.

2. This is a self checkin apartment , so please make sure to read all the messages sent to you by the host in the days leading to your booking as they will include important details for check-in.

3. Early check-in is possible only if agreed with the host from a couple of days before.

4. During warmer months, the Mediterranean climate can occasionally attract a few ants, even though we sanitize regularly. We provide spray and traps if needed.

5. Waste collection schedule will be provided in the apartment , please make sure to abide by the schedule when putting out the garbage.

6. The apartment includes starter essentials for the first 3 nights such as:

* Shower gel
* Hand soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwasher tablets
* Garbage bags
* Bed linens
* Towels - 2 per Guest (Hand and Bath Towel)

7. The Tourist Government Eco Tax of €1.50 per night per person is to be paid no later than one week before arrival through the online platform link sent to you via our booking platform. This step is important to verify your identity and confirm your reservation.

8. Only guests listed in the reservation may stay overnight. Extra guests require prior approval, and additional fees may apply.
