Nice little village in Burgundy in Gisy les Nobles located 100 km south east of Paris, 10 km from Sens, 3 km from Pont sur Yonne.
Easily accessible by highway (A6/A5/A19) but also by train with the stations of Pont sur Yonne and Sens.

An old fortified village, the heart of the village of Gisy les Nobles is surrounded by ditches fed by a stream of the Ourese.

The space
Small house ideal for 4 people, refurbished, on the ground floor you will find a living/dining room equipped with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower cabin and finally a bedroom with a 140 cm bed for 2 people.
Upstairs you will find a large attic bedroom with 2 separate single beds, ideal for children.
