If you have been searching for the perfect beachfront villa, you need look no further: The Beach House in Krabi is it. The villa is located directly on the sand of a private beach, yet with easy road access. Add to this a private infinity pool and rooms with unparalleled ocean on 2,000 m² with fully landscaped grounds, including tropical fruit trees and mountain views and you have all the ingredients for a magical holiday.

The Beach House is designed for privacy, intimacy and comfort and features a 500 m² floor plan, with 4 individual, air conditioned suites situated around a central, living and dining space and air conditioned TV / media room.

The master “honeymoon” suite is located in the prime position, closest to the sea and with direct access to the swimming pool from the terrace. The cathedral ceiling and full height windows make an impressive frame for the panoramic views, which can be seen even from the bathroom’s circular Jacuzzi tub.

A second bedroom is located on the other side of the wide deck at the front of the villa, also featuring en-suite bathroom, dressing area and picture windows.

The third and fourth en-suite bedrooms are located at the rear of the villa, one on the upper and one on the lower level, though clever design ensures that even these rooms benefit from excellent views. The upstairs bedroom has a balcony overlooking the sea. All bedrooms come with a king size bed and can serve as an additional 2 single mattress for two people.

A fully-equipped island kitchen and adjoining dining area serve as a convivial communal space, again with views over the water. There is also plenty of outdoor space: the deck surrounding the pool with steps leading down to the landscaped gardens affronting the beach.

From here we can arrange for a Longtail boat or speedboat to pick you up from the villa (When there is High tide) to whisk you off to the islands on the horizon. The Beach House is a fully serviced villa, offering all signature services: concierge on call to organise excursions, airport transfers, unlimited tuk-tuk service to and from Ao Nang for shopping and dining, as well as in-villa private chef and massage services (additional fee applies).

All are new builds or renovations, with private swimming pools, air conditioned bedrooms, walled compounds and top of the range technology. However, as all are individually designed, we advise you to read carefully the descriptions on each page before deciding which villa would best suit your particular needs. Perhaps most importantly, in this large and mainly rural province of Thailand, we are also careful to ensure that none of our villas are “in the middle of nowhere”, like many of the Krabi villas now advertised online. All are in established residential areas, most within 1 – 5km of Ao Nang Beach, Krabi’s main dining, shopping and entertainment zone. In addition we have unlimited taxi service within Ao Nang between 9am to 10pm (additional charge). This service is available in and from the beach, as well as local markets and convenience stores.
