This is a comfortable craftsmen home on the southeastern slope of Queen Anne, located blocks from Climate Pledge arena, the Space Needle/Seattle Center, the Gates Foundation, Amazon's HQ in South Lake Union, and several grocery stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

The space
The space is ideal for a family, three adults, or two to three couples. There are three beds (two queens and one full size) and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms doubles as an office, and I have an additional portable desk I can provide if needed with an office chair.

We're located on the southeastern slope of Queen Anne hill, walking distance from several restaurants, coffee shops, Seattle Center, and South Lake Union.

Our neighborhood is safe and a convenient launch pad for exploring the best of Seattle with easy access to downtown and several public transit options. Queen Anne Hill is an iconic Seattle neighborhood with hidden staircases that lead up to lovely boulevards and parks with stunning views (e.g. Kerry Park). Lake Union is also close and a great spot for renting kayaks, boats, paddle boards - even a floating hot tub!
