We really appreciate AirBnB's community vibe and we would like our guests to see it that way too, understanding that you're not staying in a hotel room but in someone's home. So treat it like one, being careful and keeping the space as clean and neat as you would if you were staying at a good friend's place.
- Towels and sheets:
If you are coming for a short stay and it is doable for you to bring your own towels and sheets, that would be great! We're helping the environment by not washing them after having being used only once. If you decide to do so, please let us know ahead of time.
if coming during summertime, it's mandatory that you pick and eat blackberries at our backyard at least once during your stay =)
The stay was great, just as advertised. The little private room is in the back, which makes it cozy and quiet. No problems at all with check-in and check-out. Overall, if you're staying in Santa Rosa a few night and want a place that's walkable to stores and restaurants, then this place is perfect.
Joao was such a lovely host. Very helpful and friendly. The studio was super quiet, private and peaceful. Santa Rosa is cute too a nice break from a long drive. Also added bonus was location ; very close to restaurants/bars etc (they are only a short walk away ☺️)
My husband and I loved our experience staying at the studio. Joao has the perfect set up for a couple or single person looking to stay in Russian River. The studio was super clean, had access to a fenced in backyard which our dog loved and was a 10 min walk from Russian River and 20 min drive to our favorite vineyards in Healdsburg. Bed was very comfy, and the unit is located in an adorable, walkable neighborhood. We will definitely be back.
Experience was very pleasant. It was the perfect location for what we planned for the weekend. A cozy room with a bathroom attached was perfect since we only really needed a place to sleep. Loved that it was dog friendly and that our dog was free to explore the gated backyard, that was a huge plus!
This is our second time staying here. Still the same cute little place we left. João is very easy to get a hold of for any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend their place.
My wife Emily and I are yogis who love traveling, hiking and climbing. She's an M.D. and I work with developing corporate wellness programs and coaching personalised meditation and yoga routines.
If you're easy going and like nature, peace and quiet, you are coming to the perfect spot. We'll welcome you in Sonoma County's capital and gladly give you tips on your travels.
