We really appreciate AirBnB's community vibe and we would like our guests to see it that way too, understanding that you're not staying in a hotel room but in someone's home. So treat it like one, being careful and keeping the space as clean and neat as you would if you were staying at a good friend's place.
- Towels and sheets:
If you are coming for a short stay and it is doable for you to bring your own towels and sheets, that would be great! We're helping the environment by not washing them after having being used only once. If you decide to do so, please let us know ahead of time.
if coming during summertime, it's mandatory that you pick and eat blackberries at our backyard at least once during your stay =)
This is our second time staying here. Still the same cute little place we left. João is very easy to get a hold of for any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend their place.
This was the perfect place to stay for our trip! We were within walking distance to the downtown area and Joao was very accommodating and flexible on our arrival time. The studio had everything we needed - coffee pot, mini fridge, bathroom, and towels. We would definitely stay here again!
The place was very nice and perfect for my stay. It would be great for 1-2 people. It was within reasonable walking distance to the downtown area and had several nice breakfast places within a few blocks. The hosts were very flexible, which helped a lot with check-in since I wasn't sure exactly when I would be there.
I was traveling solo and looking for a relatively inexpensive lodging option in Santa Rosa, so this property worked well for me. This is a one-room listing and part of a converted garage adjacent to the owner's home. This property is conveniently located on a residential side street a short distance south of town.
The back cabin was wonderfully furnished, clean, and had a heater that made the place toasty within minutes. Cannot recommend it highly enough.
My wife Emily and I are yogis who love traveling, hiking and climbing. She's an M.D. and I work with developing corporate wellness programs and coaching personalised meditation and yoga routines.
If you're easy going and like nature, peace and quiet, you are coming to the perfect spot. We'll welcome you in Sonoma County's capital and gladly give you tips on your travels.
