Our cozy apartment is located in the very heart of Tallinn in a renovated old spirit factory, built in 1888. It offers something for everyone from every direction. Across the street starts the old town. Top 50 restaurants and cafes are located in the stretch of the same building. Behind the building starts the Rotermanni quarter where you can do shopping. The harbour and seaside is 5 min walk. My place is perfect for both from solo adventurers to small families with kids. Free parking.

The space
Our apartment has 4 meter high ceilings and is divided into two floors.

On the first floor is kitchen, equipped with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Full set of kitchenware and needed detergents. Espresso, tea and sugar are provided. Our tap water is potable.

On the second floor is the bedroom with anti allergic beddings.

The bathroom is on the first floor and has a full size shower, basin and WC. Essential toiletries and fresh towels are provided.

There is free parking.

Other things to note
We have 24h doorman service. If you arrive very early or leave late, it is possible to store your luggage here securely.

The old town starts just across the street. 10-15 minutes by foot and you can find yourself in the hip Kalamaja neighborhood which has the best wooden house architecture mixed with an industrial setting where the Telliskivi area is located which hosts lots of restarants, pubs and small shops. Also the Noblesner port area is within walking distance. Behind the building is a popular Rotermanni quarter for shopping, movies and restaurants .
