🐾 No Pets Allowed:
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this time.
🚗 Parking:
2-car carport available for your use.
Additional parking is available in the complex’s public space.
Street parking is strictly prohibited within the community.
🚁 No Drones:
Drones are not permitted on the property or within the community.
🎵 Noise Policy:
Music must not exceed 60 decibels.
No loud music after 10:00 PM.
Fines of $100 USD will be charged by the complex for each violation.
💡 Energy Conservation:
Help us save energy! Please turn off the air conditioning when not needed.
Electricity is a precious resource on the island, and we encourage mindful usage. 🌍

Sosua Ocean Village (SOV) requires all guests to provide names and ID prior to check-in.

We’ll request this information a few days before your arrival and share it with SOV management.

🔊 Noise Policy

Sosua Ocean Village enforces a strict noise policy to maintain peace and comfort for all residents and guests. Here’s what you need to know:

🎵 Music & Noise Rules:

No loud music or sounds that disturb neighbors in the property units or common areas.

Maximum noise level: 60 decibels (measured from 30 feet away).

After 11:00 PM (23:00):

All noise is prohibited, except for special occasions (holidays or celebrations).

For special events, you must request permission from the Administrator at least 2 days in advance.

If approved, the Administrator may set limits on the event’s duration, noise level, and other aspects.

Exceptions apply only to the Casa Club area.
