RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE 13.42% TAX, which is upon arrival at the unit. Air BnB will collect the room rate + their fees + the cleaning fees on this site. The tax is mandatory by law for legal vacation rentals in Hawaii. The invoice I send will show everything itemized out, including what you paid on Air BnB (except for your fees, which I don't know what they are)
MAXIMUM GUESTS ALLOWED: 4 (but upon request, sometimes a 5th person will be allowed with an extra person fee of $10/nt).
ADDITIONAL $150 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT COLLECTED TO INSURE ALL THE KEYS & CONDITION OF THE UNIT. THIS IS SEPARATE FROM THE ROOM TOTAL & WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU 48 HRS AFTER YOU DEPART.
2BR/2BA condo, top floor, corner unit with two parking stalls. It's not a fancy unit, but comfortable and clean, always updated during the slower months whenever possible. Style is maybe contemporary Hawaiian.
Both bathrooms have shower/tub. Both bedrooms have a Queen bed. Living room has a dining set, sofa & chaise lounge, and flat screen TV with Netflix.
There are ceiling fans throughout & A/C in the living room.
Full kitchen includes oven/stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, other applicances, cookware, dishes. There is also a W/D with detergent.
Beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler are provided. Sometimes there are boogie boards, floating rafts, etc left by previous guests that you're more than welcome to use.
Rental gear for camping & babies are available for a fee upon request.
Airport transportation is available at $25/each way upon request & availability only.

The condo is located across a beautiful white sand beach & in walking distance to many other beaches, surf spots, restaurant, bars, shops and markets. Bus stop is around the corner.
Condo has outdoor pool, hot tub & BBQ area plus free assigned parking for two cars.
This is not a luxury unit with expensive furniture, etc because at first we did have nice stuff in there but things broke, got damaged or went missing faster than we could afford to keep up with. So it is just simply furnished & maintained as best as we can with repairs, renovation & upgrades done to a certain budget that we have set every year. We try our best to make everyone happy & comfortable.
The owners are both pretty mellow, live on Maui, love the outdoors and have a cute lovable dog, plus a super friendly toddler. During our free time, we love taking people to our favorite spots on Maui, we offer lots of free tours & some with a nominal fee if we have to rent a car.

Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am are strictly enforced.
