The space
Cozy one bedroom, one bath retreat featuring a luxurious soaking tub for ultimate relaxation. The bedroom has one queen bed and an amazing view of Lake of Egypt. The full kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the living area includes a pull-out couch or air mattress for extra sleeping space. This wonderful open floor plan has plenty of room and a large closet. Step outside to the deck with a stunning view of the lake, a BBQ grill and outdoor seating.

Walk down the steps to the boat dock and boat house to enjoy a day in the sun. The boat dog and boat house are a shared space. The boat house features fishing poles and other fun outside toys.

Parking is limited to one car. Parking will be along side the road or to the left side of the driveway, on the paved area. The driveway is a shared space with the main house. Please message us ahead of booking if you have more than one vehicle to see if we can accommodate you.

Whether you're unwinding after a day of adventure or enjoying a peaceful evening in, this charming getaway offers all the comforts of home in a serene, private setting. Ideal for small groups, a couple, or a relaxing solo retreat.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house. There is also shared access with the main house to the boat dock and boat house.

They will not have access to the attached garage.

Other things to note
This space would be ideal for a couple as it has one queen bed. There is a couch and an air mattress available if extra space is needed.

For anyone bringing dogs please make sure that you are cleaning up after them outside. Doggie bags are not provided, please ensure you bring your own.

Please note parties are not allowed. This is a quiet neighborhood with fantastic neighbors. No heavy drinking, loud activities, or parties will be tolerated.
