Welcome to Villa Belle Epoque, a charming mansion from 1900, located in the heart of the seaside resort of Le Treport, a jewel of the Normandy coast.
Close to sites, amenities and the sea (200 meters), the villa can accommodate 10 people.
Large space on the ground floor with living room, dining room with piano, kitchen, and toilet.

The space
Beautiful villa, completely renovated in the Belle Epoque style, combines the charm of yesteryear with modern comforts. Carefully furnished, it is decorated with pieces heathered in large houses across France, giving it an authentic and refined atmosphere.

From the entrance, a pretty paved flowered courtyard with a small garden sets the tone: a real journey through time. From the courtyard, a door leads to a garage, for small car no longer than 3m60, also with outdoor access. This garage is equipped with an electrical outlet to charge cars. Motorcycles are also welcome.
4 bicycles available with locks, which should be returned to the same place.
The remote control and the garage key are located on the kitchen counter above the radiator.

The renovation was carried out with high quality materials: island and marble countertops, tiles, restored hardwood floors and a majestic fireplace. The basements and doors, made by a period cabinetmaker, are true to the Art Nouveau style.

Ground floor

The living space is warm and stylish.
• Cozy living room, with corner sofa, toad armchair, TV, nice decorative fireplace and velvet curtains for a cozy atmosphere. It also has two large cabinets with books, toys, dishes, a wardrobe and a red binder in which you will find all the instructions for using the equipment as well as a guide to the Tréport listing the best restaurants, leisure activities and sites to discover nearby.
• Dining room with a large, non-functional fireplace, a table that can comfortably seat eight or even ten guests, a TV, and a piano that will make your stay even more enjoyable.
• Fully equipped kitchen, with a large island with an Italian marble countertop and a small table for two. Everything is provided for a large family: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, combined fridge freezer, coffee machines, toaster, pastry robot, air fryer (air fryer), kettle, various cooking utensils and everything you need to prepare real feasts. A small Bluetooth speaker is also available to accompany your meals and relaxing moments in music.

Middle floor

• King's Counsellor's Room (right): elegant and cozy, it has a large queen size bed (160cm), a small desk with secret compartment, wardrobe, rug, armchair and two windows dressed in velvet curtains.
• King's Guest Room (left): Designed for three people, it has three single beds (80cm), desk, bench, floor mats and two windows. A refined detail: a hand carved panel depicting elephants, adding a touch of exoticism and prestige.
• Bathroom with large bathtub and WC, fully tiled, offering space for relaxation and comfort.
