  • We had a wonderful experience at Jenny and Norbert's comfortable and well situated apartment. Excellent location in an upscale and safe neighborhood. They were very welcoming and responsive to our needs.
We would definitely book this unit again!

  • The apartment was larger than expected, very clean and well equipped. The street was very quiet. Appreciated the keyless entry, it made arrival and departure so convenient. Access to laundry was a big plus as we had been travelling for the better part of 10 days. I would do my research on the neighbourhood, Pacific Heights seems to be a posher/safer/brand-y part of town - depending on what you came to San Francisco for this may be exactly what you want, or you may want to stay in the Mission or something like that instead. The trek to the BART was a little long but SF is so great to walk in that it wasn't an issue until we had to go to the airport and we just caught a cab to the BART with all our things. Easy. Would recommend.

  • What a great place and what a great pair of hosts! The location is perfect, and the apartment was so clean and well equipped - I would definitely stay again. Jenny and Norbert were amazing with their communication, and responded within minutes when I contacted them with a question.

The place - clean, stylish, and up-to-date. They did such a wonderful job decorating and providing little helper notes where you might need them. I accidentally locked myself out and they were super quick (and friendly) to get me back in. They even have a little basket of toiletry samples in the bathroom cabinet if you forgot anything. I tried coffee the Vietnamese way for the first time, thanks to this little spot, and it was DELICIOUS.

You can't go wrong with this one!!

Thanks for your honest feedback, Tiffany. Would definitely add the Vietnamese coffee instruction in the house manual soon. I'm glad you enjoy it.

  • This place was great, clean and in an amazing location. We only wish we had more time to actual explore the area, but we had family commitments. Highly recommend this place for anyone. The hosts were very accommodating and we were able to get in touch with them whenever we needed something.

  • Lovely apartment in every way. I'd be comfortable entertaining there. The neighborhood was a real treat, too. I'd never have known it was there. Lots of restaurants, cafés, shops, boutiques, even a book store!

About
My husband and I have lived in San Francisco for four years. We love the city's vibrant culture and fun-loving vibe. We hope you will enjoy our comfortable home and what San Francisco has to offer! Before settling in San Francisco, we lived in Seattle, WA. We like to explore new restaurants and coffee shops around town. We also enjoy traveling and meeting people. Our next travel destination will be Spain and Portugal - we look forward to a spectacular airbnb experience in those countries. We want to take cooking class in every county we visit, if you have any recommendation, please drop us a line!
