The flat is a small basic upstairs space. It does have nice view of the very nearby canal and is within. 100 m of the beach. Noise from restaurants just nearby was a concern but both weekend nights it quieted by 11pm. Its excellent location makes up for things that are lacking.

Charli was a very nice man. He received us with a big smile. When we needed a place to store our suitcases for a few hours the next day, he helped us out. The appartement had a perfect situation.

Charli is a very kind, gentle and helpful host. He even picked us up at the railway station by arrival. We spent eleven nights in his charming house situated very central in Grau d'Agde, a few steps from the baker - fresh bread from 7o'clock in the morning. The flat was just perfect for us, clean and nice. The garden is well sheltered, perfect for sunbathing. We will be happy to return another year.

It is definitely the location on the bank overlooking the Herault that takes your breath. The flat itself is spacious with 2 sleeping-rooms with very good mattrasses and new windows. The kitchen equipment fulfills all basic needs. The sleepingrooms and the kitchen were clean. Charli himself, though not speaking very much English, is keen to help you with everything and showed personally up to look after us. A place to dine out is O Phil de léau, at 11 quai des chantiers in Agde (next to l´Herault) for excellent oysters, mussels, fish that drinks nicely with PicPoul de Pinet at very reasonable prices. We would love to come back in the future. Best regards, Petra & Matthias

Charli is a very kind host. He welcomed us with fresh fruit from his own garden and a bottle of house wine, and at the end of our stay he even gave us a ride to the train station. The appartment was just as described in the announcement and easily fits 4 guests. The rooms are decorated with artwork from the landlord. Matrasses were good and bedsheets fresh. The fridge and the toilet/bathroom were not spotlessly clean, but considering the price, it was still an excellent deal. We would definitely recommend this place.

The Flat of Charli is very nice and the Host himself also is a nice person. It is like 2 minutes away from the beach and directly at the canal. The flat also has a beautiful garden in which we could take our breakfast every morning :) . Overall it was a enjoyable stay at charli´s place !
