The space
You will find Saddlebred Suites in the heart of downtown Shelbyville. This charming 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom apartment is situated just steps from the local coffee shop and a number of excellent restaurants and shops. Parking is included both behind the property and also on the street if you prefer.

The space is set up as four units. Units A and B are connected by a door that can be locked for privacy. Unit A is a studio apartment set up that includes a kitchenette, living area, bed, and full bathroom. Unit B is set up as an apartment with a kitchen, living room, and two private bedrooms with their own full baths. Unit C and D are set up in this same layout.
