Interaction with Guests
We love interacting with our guests. For example, one of our favorite things is getting to know our guests over a glass of wine in the courtyard or during breakfast on the outdoor patio. We have met so many wonderful people through Airbnb from throughout the world. It is such a great way to get to know people and learn about other cultures.

N&M were fantastic hosts. We were in town for a wedding and to visit family, which didn't leave much time to personally get to know N&M, however they were extremely friendly and provided great area recommendations. We felt welcome in their home and would definitely stay again if ever in the area. Another added bonus is their home's walkability to a few great micro brew pubs!
Mike and Neil welcomed us early before our scheduled arrival time and made us feel very comfortable. They joined us on the patio for some great conversation and a bottle of wine and cheeses. Altho this was not our first time to San Diego, they had many suggestions and recommendations for things to do that we found helpful and made our trip that much more exciting. The accommodations were neat, clean and cozy and highly recommended. The location of their home was very convenient to restraunts and parks with good street parking. Loved the gardens and foilage around the yard.
The communication before arrival was excellent. All my questions were answered promptly. Neil and Mike were perfect hosts. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and the entire home is well cared for. I slept well and felt like I was staying with some old friends. I enjoyed being greeted in the morning by Max and checking my emails on the patio. Only wish I had more time to relax and enjoy the great neighborhood.
Neil and Michael made me feel welcome even before I arrived. They emailed to make sure they would be home to greet me. They were warm, friendly and most helpful. The house is beautiful and furnished with love and attention to detail. My room and bathroom were spotless. This was my first airbnb and I really lucked out! Oh, the review wouldn't be complete without mentioning Max, the sweetest dog ever!
Neil and Mike made us feel very welcome in their home, in fact we became quite settled by the last day it was difficult to leave. Coming back to our home in Canada took a day to adjust! This was our first airbnb experience and it couldn't have gone better. We really enjoyed relaxing in the morning on their beautiful patio and loved the foliage that they have in their yard. Their home is so close to some really cool spots, including our new favourite, Taco Perla, best fish tacos in all of San Diego we voted.
Lastly we commented to each other after we had left how well loved and taken care of their puppy Max is. We have fur babies at home as well and enjoyed swapping stories with them.
Highly recommend experiencing casa de Mike & Neil is you get the chance!
We had such a lovely stay with Neil & Mike. They really made us feel welcome and shared their knowledge about San Diego. Their home is in a brilliant location in a cute neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. We did also enjoy a glass of wine on the patio.
