Located in the center of worldwide famous Luberon area we own this charming antique house both simple and typically provencal. Many windows both on the village street and on the garden fill it with sunlight at every level. We are used to international visitors because we have been travelling at lot -to the States mainly. Glad to share our passion for Provence and home made jams. The bedroom is small but the bed is big and you could call it " a suite" because you also have a big adjoined room for your use .
From this big room you have a view onto the remains of the medieval castle and the church tower - both lit at night . Included Breakfast with tea or coffee ,fresh from the bakery croissant and bread ,an organic egg, home made jam and yogurt will be served on the terrasse or in the garden .
Everything is from walking distance 3 bars 3 restaurants 2 bakeries 1 newspaper shop. 2 clean pools are around the corner. The provencal lovely market around the corner too takes place once a week. We are between two parking lots.
We have a lovely border colley dog she is quiet and well behaved she might or might not be with us , please no other pet.
Isabelle est une hôte chaleureuse et nous avons eu un séjour magnifique. La maison est au milieu du village et les petit déjeuner était excellent. Une adresse à retenir.
Isa is a wonderful host!! She gave us lots of information on environment. she lives in a beautiful house right in the center. every morning we had a fabulous breakfast! she is a lovely person and we felt very comfortable! From the accommodation you can reach many attractions quickly. highly recommended!
Isa was a very nice host, we felt very comfortable. The house is beautiful, especially the garden. The breakfast was delicious, we had a nice stay.
We had a really enjoyable stay with Isabelle in Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt. The hose was full of character and very easy to find, being right in the middle of the village. Isabelle was a wonderful host, who had a lot of interesting perspectives on and knowledge about the local area and was generally just a very congenial person. She made delicious breakfasts too! The living situation was great, as we had the whole of the top floor to ourselves, including the bedroom, lounge and bathroom. It was nice and spacious and cool. It is as nice as it looks in the photos, though the town was not quite as rustic as I thought it would be. I strongly recommend staying here.
I cannot recommend Isabelle's place warmly enough! The house is beautiful, full of Provencal charm, and every room carefully decorated with good taste. The description doesn't maybe make this entirely clear, but as a guest at Isabelle's place you actually get the whole third floor for yourself. There is a nice, white bedroom, a beautiful lounge area and a bathroom.
Isabelle is a very warm, considerate and charming host. She was very easy to communicate with both before and during our stay and she was very generous with advise and recommendations on what to do and see in the region. Every morning there was a a beautiful and delicious breakfast waiting for us, making us feel like royalty :) Isabelle also has a very friendly dog, that did its part for making us feel at home.
Oh, and the village! Saint-Saturnin-les-Apt is a beautful place. Be sure to book enough nights here. We did the mistake of leaving too soon...
Thank you, Isabelle, for a wonderful stay! Your home was truly an amazing place and we are happy we got to spend a part of our holiday here!
St saturins is a beautiful village especially the windmill and castle lit up at night. Isabelle's house was beautiful. The room is on the 3rd fl and includes a bathroom and living room which you get to yourself. Its very spacious. Isabelle cooked us breakfast for the 2 days we were there and it was perfect! She's very attentive and has great recommendations for food and things to do around the area! Also close to hotels and restaurants. There are 2 free parking lots very near her house. You will love it here!
