🚗 Parking: One dedicated covered carport space is provided. All additional parking is first come, first served in open community spots.

❄️ Air Conditioning: During the summer months, AC units cannot be set below 72°F. Setting them lower may cause the system to freeze and stop working - thank you for helping us keep it running smoothly! Guests will be held responsible for any resulting damage.

💦 Pools: Community pools are typically heated to around 82°F from October/November through April (exact dates vary depending on weather each season).

🍋 Citrus Season: From December through April, the common areas come alive with ripe citrus trees - guests often enjoy fresh lemons, grapefruits, and oranges right off the branch.
