Tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area, our home will be the space you need to have fun and relax. You will be centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and not far at all from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. This newly renovated space provides you with a big open living area, a spacious backyard, four cozy bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. For those wanting to retreat and for those wanting to entertain, we have the place for you.

The space
We hope you enjoy your stay at our modern, European inspired home. It is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and central to everything you could need. This home offers an open living and kitchen area, perfect for gathering friends and family. The open living area, entry way, and master bedroom were beautifully renovated by Magnolia Homes.
The kitchen is wonderfully functional and offers a clean, modern aesthetic. It comes stocked with everything you would need to make a delicious meal. Coffee and tea are also provided to make your mornings more enjoyable.
Feel free to eat outside under the cafe lights. The property is very spacious, providing you with a very large backyard.
This home feels tucked away, yet you are a short 10-15 minute drive from downtown and Baylor University. Overall, this home will offer you the comfort, peace, and quiet you want on your getaway.

Guest access
The entire house is yours, as well as the large backyard.
There is a back house (the converted garage) that is not available for guests. There is also a smaller backyard area (fenced off) that is also not available for guests.

Other things to note
FEE TO RESCHEDULE: Beginning 30 days prior to check in, there is a fee for any changes made to the reservation. There will be a fee for a date change to the reservation or for a full reschedule of the reservation. The fee is $50 per night for each night that is removed from the original reservation.
If guests have booked less than 30 days prior to check in, this fee to reschedule applies after 48 hours of booking.

Hi, we are Jeff and Sara Jones. Baylor University and our church here in Waco allowed us to cross paths. Not too long after college we both made the trek to Knoxville, Tennessee. As college ministry staff with a local church, we had the privilege to work with some incredible students for two years. After much transition, we are now back in Waco, Texas and proud to call it home. This city is quaint, friendly, and ever growing.
