Wake to the sound of gentle waves before enjoying your morning cuppa taking in water glimpses from Cabana's beautiful front deck. Take an easy 200m stroll to Collingwood or Orion beaches, where you can launch your boat from the ramp, look out for dolphins or just soak up the white sand and sunshine. Or even stroll to our local cafe and shops in Vincentia Village. You're spoilt for choice in this central, convenient and quiet Jervis Bay location.

Inside, this light drenched, modern property boasts extra high ceilings and an wonderful inside/outside feel with bifold doors opening to the undercover deck. Every corner of Cabana has been tastefully styled with a relaxed, coastal feel. The modern, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with walk in shower finish the stay with ease. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable queen bedrooms enjoy built in robes whilst one has a Smart TV too.

Outside, enjoy the sunny private and fully fenced courtyard surrounded by mature plants. There's also a garage for convenient, secure parking to top off all that is on offer at Cabana.

Cabana is on a community title site with 2 other townhouses at the back of a shared driveway. Cabana is the front property and enjoys easy access and water glimpses.

Whilst the driveway is shared, you have a private garage to park 1 car in. The house itself is exclusively for your use and has complete privacy. We have a private deck and courtyard for you to enjoy.

The calm Bay waters are home to over a hundred of bottlenose dolphins and, from June to November, become one of the best places in Australia to see the annual migration of humpback whales.
