Enjoy the privacy of the entire 2nd floor unit. While most of your stay will be private, please note that this is a two-family home, and there is an apartment downstairs. The driveway and outdoor space are shared, so you may encounter other guests during your visit.
Parking: One assigned parking spot is provided. The driveway is shared with the tenants of the lower unit, so please be mindful that only one parking spot is used.
Waterfront Access: There is no direct waterfront access from the house. However don’t miss Riverfront Park off Rock Street right down the street, a small yet vibrant spot beloved by locals for its charm, scenic views and offers access to the river for swimming and kayaking.
Yard Access: There is no yard access for this unit. Guests have private space within the apartment and access to the upstairs deck.
Other things to note
Please note that this apartment is located on the second floor, and access requires navigating steep stairs. It is not accessibility-friendly. Once inside, there are no additional stairs.
Not suitable for Children Under 12: For safety reasons related to the location, we cannot accommodate children under 12.
No Extra Guests: Please ensure that the number of guests listed in your booking is accurate. Additional guests are not permitted.
Security: Cameras are located outside the premises for safety.
No Smoking, No candles or incense permitted. For fire safety reasons, open flames are not allowed inside the home.
Noise: The lower unit is occupied by tenants, and you may hear everyday noises. The house is located next to a main street, so traffic noise during rush hours is possible. If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for you.
Water Safety: The house is situated between two dams. Water entry is strictly prohibited—no swimming, boating, or kayaking. Motorized boats are not allowed on the river. Please note, while the property offers incredible river views, there is no direct water access at this location.
Quiet Hours: Absolutely no loud music or parties. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. This is a residential home, so please be respectful of the space.
