Lime & Lemon are two beautifully designed apartments, side by side, thoughtfully crafted by Hotelise. Our team has executed every detail of this project with precision, creating two unique yet complementary spaces that radiate warmth, style, and comfort. Whether you’re staying solo, as a couple, or with a group, these vibrant beauties are ready to welcome you.
Location:
Situated at 3 Yervand Kochar Street, these apartments enjoy a prime yet peaceful location. Right in front of Circular Park, you’re moments away from Vernissage Market, Republic Square, and some of the city’s trendiest spots. For more details, check the location section.
Living Room:
Step into a space where design meets comfort. Custom-made furniture, a stylish TV zone with a large Smart TV, and a trendy sofa-bed create the perfect setting for relaxation. The carefully chosen rug and lighting setup, including a standing lamp for a cozy evening ambiance, add to the apartment’s charm.
Next to the large window, the dining area features elegant white and wooden furniture. Whether it’s breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening, the views make every moment special.
Kitchen:
The open-plan kitchen blends functionality with style, featuring custom cabinetry, a large fridge, dishwasher, stove, and ample storage. It’s fully stocked with all essentials, including a microwave, coffee machine, and kettle, ensuring a seamless cooking experience.
Bedroom:
A true highlight of the space, the terracotta feature wall adds warmth and character, bringing instant joy. The room is designed for ultimate comfort, with great lighting options, a stylish working desk, blackout curtains, and brand-new furnishings.
Bathroom:
Designed with a premium touch, the bathroom features high-quality tiles, a washer-dryer (2-in-1), a luxury shower set, modern taps, and an LED-lit mirror. Every detail has been carefully chosen to create a sleek, comfortable, and elegant space.

Other things to note
1. Should the unit include a sofa-bed or travel cot, an additional 'linen' charge will apply for their use. Guests must request these extra sleeping options before booking.
2. The apartment will have Starter Luxury Hotel Toiletries, fresh linen and towels. Stays that are longer than 20 nights will receive fresh linen and towels, starting on the 10th day from arrival. You can request additional cleaning, but there will be an extra charge for this service.
3. A starter supply of household cleaning and hygiene products will be available on the property for use as well as tea, coffee and water to get you through your first morning. The guest is responsible for purchasing any additional supplies
4. Due to frequent back-to-back bookings, early check-in or late checkout might not be feasible. However, should this be a necessity for you, kindly inquire on your day of arrival or departure once the cleaning schedule is confirmed. Please note, we may not always be able to accommodate these requests.
5. Please observe our strict non-smoking policy within the flat. Failure to comply will result in a $200 penalty.
6. We kindly ask you not to rearrange the furniture. If moved, please return it to its original place before checking out. Non-compliance will result in a $50 charge for furniture repositioning.
7. If the listing mentions Netflix or other streaming platforms, it refers only to the availability of the app on the smart TV. We no longer provide shared or corporate accounts. Guests must log in with their subscription after check-in.
