Spacious 2/3 bedroom apartment in the peaceful location of Calis Beach. There is a supermarket, bus-stops, a bar and a restaurant within 300 metres of the apartment, while the Beach, Water Park, and all the beach front restaurants and Bars are all just 15 minutes walk away. Fethiye is a 10 minute bus (dolmus) ride away, with its bustling harbour, shops, boat trips and history. Ancient Lycian Tombs and the Amphitheatre.

The pool area, and balconies are south facing, so they get sun all day. There are good size 5. 5 x 8. 5m pool, pool jacuzzi and children's pool available. Plenty of sun loungers available. Dalaman airport is 40 minutes away and airport transfers can be arranged on request with special rates only for residents.
All areas of interest are easily reachable by foot or Dolmus. However, the Dolmus bus stop is 100 meters from the apartment.Beach and amenities are only 5 minutes with Dolmus.

Location Information: Fethiye is located in South—West Mediterranean Turkey, connected to all other cities by three highways and reached very easily. Dalaman International Airport is as close as 40 km. to the town centre. During the tourist season one can find many flights from major European cities to Fethiye besides the domestic flights throughout the year by Turkish Airlines. Additionally Antalya Airport, three –hour drive to Fethiye, is another departure point. Fethiye seaport with its sheltered natural structure is an important stop for yachtsmen. Calis Beach is 5 km from the district centre, opposite of the Knight Island. Along the 4 km long beach, there are hotels, boarding-houses, camp sites and restaurants.
