You will have the entire Linden House to yourself for complete privacy. Self-check-in is simple and convenient via a key lock box next to the door. You can see our house about 120 yards away partially obscured by trees. You may see us working out in the orchard and fields on the weekend. If you feel like chatting, come out and say hi!

The property is located just 15 minutes from the airport and 24 minutes from downtown Little Rock and Simmons Arena.

Neighborhood highlights

Scott is a delta farming community just outside of downtown Little Rock. We are surrounded by cypress swamps, cotton fields and pecan orchards. Two Arkansas State Parks-the Plantation Agriculture Museum, showing turn of the century cotton farming and plantation life, and Toltec Mounds, a significant prehistoric mound complex are both within 5 minutes of the Linden House. Beautiful drives through the Arkansas River lowlands and ox-bow lakes surround the area. The Linden House is approximately 1 mile from the Arkansas River levee. There is an excellent local BBQ restaurant about 5 minutes from the Linden House and a Mexican restaurant and Dollar General store about 10 min. away (these are all on the way in).

I'm a former cardiac RN turned microgreens farmer and Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner. My husband Paul is a high school History and Government teacher. We love living on our 15 acre pecan orchard with our Great Pyrenees, Scout, and our honeybees. I sell microgreens and honey at the Hillcrest Farmer's Market every Saturday from 8-11am-come stop by and say hi!
