The space
Designed by renowned architect Vincenzo Melluso, the Estate combines traditional Apulian elegance with sophisticated contemporary design. The villa’s striking stone façade opens to four hectares of manicured gardens, where a shimmering infinity pool invites guests to relax under the southern Italian sun. The adjacent pool house features a shaded al fresco dining area, an American fridge, and a guest bathroom—perfect for leisurely lunches and sunset aperitifs. Spacious terraces offer idyllic spots for open-air meals or evening cocktails, while the peaceful grounds, shaded by majestic olive trees, are ideal for tranquil walks. For sports enthusiasts, the estate also includes a professional tennis court, which can be converted into a five-a-side football field, a ping pong table and a professional table soccer.

The Estate is composed of an original “Masseria” and a “Contemporary Villa”, for a total of four distinct buildings which are also connected by underground corridors, and together comfortably accommodate up to 18+2 guests across 9 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the Master bedroom. Each room boasts a distinct character while maintaining a harmonious aesthetic throughout. Soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive arched windows flood the interiors with natural light, creating an airy, elegant ambience.

The living spaces are adorned with custom furnishings, rich textiles, and curated artwork. The Masseria features 4 rooms, a cosy kitchenette, a living room, and, in a separate building, a dining area for 16-18 as well as a semi-professional kitchen. A subterranean passageway leads to the 2 buildings composing the Contemporary Villa.
This includes 5 en suite bedrooms, a large panoramic living area and two additional, smaller kitchens, very useful if you long for an afternoon cocktail or for an eye-opening morning coffee.

For an added touch of indulgence, the villa boasts an indoor pool with counter current swimming and a hammam on the lower ground floor of the new building. French windows and a glass ceiling enhance this serene space, offering a view of the studio room on the upper floor.
