La posizione a 50 metri dal mare, l'aria che si respira, la vicinanza ai negozi, l'ubicazione che la rende silenziosa nella maggior parte delle ore, il giardino. Potere scegliere se andare alla spiaggia libera (scogli) o in qualche lido attrezzato, come quello a 50 mt da casa, pulito e con la sua particolare attenzione ai bagnanti.

The space
Lovely private dépendance situated in the heart of Sferracavallo a few meters from the sea, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a hallway, with cupboard and fridge, and a private bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The bedroom, with ceiling fan, is oriented in such a way as to take the sunlight in the morning and then be fresher in the afternoon and in the night. There are two chaises longue for our guests.
The dépendance overlooking a patio / garden, - common to my house - where you can sunbathe, eat breakfast, enjoy a drink or play with five lovely cats living in the villa.
The house is located 50 meters from the Lido of Sferracavallo where you can go to sunbathe on a lounger in the beach. A few meters away there is also free access to the cliffs.
Nature lovers can visit the natural reserve of Capo Gallo by a pleasant walk along the seafront. The natural reserve, with its trails on Mount Gallo offers some amazing views.
The reserve, which covers an area of over 580 hectares, extends to the pristine waters of the Natural Marine Reserve of Capo Gallo - Isola delle Femmine where you can indulge in a refreshing bath.
The gourmet will be spoiled for choice: the close restaurants offering different types of cuisine - especially fish - suitable for all budgets. Pizzerias, bakeries and ice cream bars complete the gastronomic proposal.
Sferracavallo is an ancient fishing village that still retains a flavor of typical Sicilian seaside villages. In the summer it take an holiday look with bathers who flock to the myriad of restaurants and nightclubs. In the other seasons Sferracavallo is an oasis of tranquility just steps away from the city, even in early autumn, when the temperature is still very mild and you can swim in the sea.
Sferracavallo is connected to the center of Palermo by two very active bus lines. A third connects to Mondello. The bus stop is right in front of the door!
You will find the dépendance cleaned equipped with linens, blankets, towels and beach towels.
If necessary, there is the possibility to have a cot in the room.

use outdoor kitchen with barbecue (look the photos), additional cleaning, extra change of sheets or towels, use of washing machine, ride from/to the airport, overtime check-in and check-out.
