Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

My friends and I had a great stay at Alexa's place. Very spacious, welcoming, and cozy (plus it's history gives the chapel a lot of character). Great location, close to Ithaca and all of the many wineries and scenic stops along Cayuga Lake. Great place!

Our dog, my wife, and I had a great time at the Chapel! Lots of amenities for us, as well as our pup. Alexa stocks the place well, which we were very thankful for. Super close to everything.

Great space with lots of nice touches and amenities, plus lots of goodies and space for our dog Warren. He loved it as much as we did!

I came to Ithaca to study plant-microbe biology at Cornell, and fell in love with the town. In addition to a scientist, I am also a violinist and tango dancer, and a regular "Laura Ingalls", as a friend once said. I keep rabbits, chickens, and bees, and love to garden. I greatly …
