We only stayed for two nights but that was enough. The A/C wasn't working for one of the days.
It did the job as a place to stay. No internet, two uncomfortable beds and a kitchen that was ok is what you'll get.
The instructions on what to do at check in were a little confusing and because it's managed by a property group you rarely talk to the same person.
Slightly better than camping in a mid level RV.
The cabin was adorable, spacious and overall perfect. I would definitely go back in the future.
Josh helped us out on very short notice after we were unhappy with the Econolodge (on the River) in PF. We checked out of Econolodge and into this awesome and spacious cabin. The whole place was immaculately clean for us when we arrived.
The place is quite large, suitable for two couples or family of 4. It only has two beds so we let our young kids sleep in one bed and my wife and I in the other.
Location was very convenient to PF, Gatlinburg and the National Park.
Hot tub was so awesome, very clean, totally private and with a beautiful view into the treetops.
The TVs are not good, they are small tube tvs, I could recommend a small investment into mid-tier flat screens. But the cable worked and reception was good. Though, you are on vacation, maybe TV isn't the main thing you should be doing anyway?
The reservation was canceled 3 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.

One of my favorite destinations is the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee and North Carolina. The Appalachian Trail is an awesome way to see it, but I love to travel by car so I can be more spontaneous, stopping at colorful roadside attractions, or discover an amazing natural site, maybe a hidden waterfall or wildlife.
