Interaction with Guests
I work and travel a lot so I am home very little. When I am home, I like to at least meet my guests and converse if time allows.
As I open my home to you, all that I ask is that you treat it and me with respect. Please keep the common areas reasonably clean. If you break or damage something, you will be expected to replace or reimburse.
Wow! I can't even begin to describe how wonderful Kristi Loveridge is. She is the best host I've ever had in all my Airbnb experiences! First off, she gave me and my group a wonderful deal. She was willing to work with me from the start. Secondly, when we entered the house we were overcome with a homey presence and cool AC to welcome us from the Fresno humidity. The first thing I did was run to the back and see the wonderful pool! For the 2 weeks that my group and I stayed there, we thoroughly enjoyed the pool :) The rooms were spacious with closet space. The kitchen is great because of the space and the light it brings in. Kristi is really big on saving water and energy and I totally support her! I got to meet Kristi and talk with her. She is such a delight. Since we were there for 2 weeks, we had to buy food and cook, but when we ran out, Kristi cooked us some wonderful spaghetti!! That was so sweet of her! She is a wonderful host, and I absolutely, 100 percent recommend you to stay a night or two with Kristi in her beautiful home. Lastly, jump into the pool!! It's worth it! Thank you Kristi for everything! Look forward to staying with you again :D
Our experience with our visit at Kristi's is a bit mixed. We actually use AirBNB to meet people and get a more personal experience than living in a motel. But at Kristi's we did not even meet Kristi. Nor her roommate. Instead we met a third person who often stays at Kristi's. But she left a couple of hours after we arrived. Any ways the room and the house in general was nice. So if you like an anonymous stay, Kristi's place will be fine for you.
We didn't meet Kristi. The house is spacious and clean. You can sit in the livingroom and even use the Swimmingpool pool. We didn‘t sleep well, too much noise of the Street. One bathroom for all guests, can't be locked. No breakfast.
What a house what a great experience. Clean, quiet, comfortable and easy to get in and out. Kristy is a wonderful host with a big heart. Highly recommended for all travelers. Me my husband and two boys visited for 2 days and it was a perfect place to visit Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks. We had so much fun using the outdoors cooking and pool. Boys played different games that Kristy had in the living room chess, card games etc. It was just a beautiful home. Thank you Kristy. We also had a great time with other visitors that were staying there. Great place with positive energy!
Kristi is a very accommodating and gracious host. We appreciated being able to use the pool and grill on those hot summer days.
The entire thing was very smooth. Kristi had everything needed listed on the confirmation details. We found the house easily, were able to get in and out of the house easily. House was clean, we bought some stuff from outside and put it in the fridge. We met Kristi on the second morning for a few minutes as she was heading out. She was very welcoming and told us we could stay as long as we wanted since there was no one checking in that night. Thanks Kristi for opening up your home.
There was a pool and a nice backyard, but since we were going into the kings canyon and sequoia parks we didn't get a chance to enjoy it.

We met nobody although there were people in the house. That was weird.
The bathroom was not very clean and we had just one pillow for two in the bedroom... I had to take a pillow on the sofa but that was unconfortable.
The front door is very difficult to lock when you leave and there is no lock on the door of the shared bathroom.
The house is easy to find and all the instructions of Kristi were clear.
We could use the laundry. After 3 road trip weeks , that was great.
Not too bad stay for one night but not so good.

I'm a pediatric nurse that loves to travel, be outside, cycle, camp, ski, meet new people, garden and read. I frequently travel internationally with Operation Smile to repair cleft lips and palates and love the opportunities to help others. I enjoy life and get along easily with everyone. I am proud to say that I remodeled much of my home myself. I have worked really hard to make it a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Thanks Airbnb for making it possible to invite people from all over the world into my home!
