Cozy 3-bed studio apartment (about 35 sqm) in a holiday home with 4 holiday apartments. 2-minute walk to the swimming lake and 10-minute drive from the city of Neustrelitz.
The apartment is open-plan, offers two comfortable hotel beds in the sleeping area, as well as a sofa bed in the living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a small dining table + 4 chairs and a modern shower room.
The house has a small cozy garden, with barbecue area, seating area and children's play corner.
The space
The apartment "Morgensonne" is located on the courtyard-side ground floor of our vacation home, located at the end of the village street of the tiny village of Blumenhagen, in the middle of nowhere.
It is one of a total of four vacation apartments. It can accommodate 2, a maximum of 3 adults or a family of 4 with a toddler up to 2 years old.
All the necessary facilities are provided so you don't have to worry about a thing.

Until late in the evening, you can sit together with a glass of wine around the fire bowl while your children dig in the sandbox, play soccer, badminton or one of the other available games for indoors and outdoors.
In bad weather, you can make yourself comfortable with a good book from the available bookshelf and a cup of tea with farm honey, or spend cozy game or TV evenings with games from the "magic chest" and snacks from the hallway cabinet in the common hallway.
Our vacation home is located 2 minutes' walk from Lake Mürzsee, a popular fishing and swimming lake, in the recreational area of the Mecklenburg Lake District.
Here you can go fishing, explore the waters with a rowboat, canoe or kayak, or the stand-up paddle board, or simply enjoy the sunset.
The surrounding forests and meadows invite you to hike and explore. The entrance to Müritz National Park is just a few minutes away by car. If you like it even more sporty, you can start cycling on the paved paths in many directions to tours through the region and visit castles, palaces, lost places, museums, beautiful viewpoints and cozy cafés and restaurants. You will love the swimming area, which is only a 2-minute walk away and which you have to yourself most of the time.

Your apartment is located on the courtyard-side ground floor of a semi-detached house with garden. In front of the house there is a parking space about 2.50 m wide for each apartment. Through the garden gate you reach the covered entrance area, where a key box with a key for the house entrance door and for your apartment hangs for each apartment. We will send you the code for the key box after successful submission of your completed registration form, so that a 24-hour self check-in is available to you.
Other things to note
Our house is located on the village street, in a 30 km/h zone that is hardly used for 80% of the day.
At four o'clock in the morning the songbird concert begins, for early risers a wonderful moment to sit in the garden, for all late risers the moment to close the window.
The villagers of our community also have to go to work, which is why a few cars can be heard between 5-9 am and 4-7 pm.
However, since this apartment is facing the courtyard, you can still sleep continuously with the window open.
